Ready Within Minutes: Haydari Recipe
It's easy to call haydari the “yogurt based rakı table staple" because it's commonly served and takes only a few minutes to make. We wrote down all the ingredients you will need, which they already might be sitting at your fridge.
Ingredients:
• 500gr yoghurt
• 1/2 bunch of dill
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Salt
• 2 tsp mint
•Olive oil
Method:
Combine all the ingredients apart from the garnish in a bowl and mix them well. Drizzle olive oil on the mixture and serve.
